Your treatment time is reserved
exclusively for you, and we want to keep our fees as low
as possible.
We require at least 1-business-day notice
for schedule changes, so that we can serve clients on the waiting
list. Without such notice, payment of the hourly treatment fee
is expected prior to the next appointment.
Insurance
Billing
MFR Therapy Group does not bill
for physical therapy services, and all fees are due at the time of
service.
However, the services of Suckow Physiotherapy are a covered benefit as
Physical Therapy in most health insurance
plans. Suckow Physiotherapy is a "participating
provider" for Medicare, Blue Shield, and TriCare. For
other plans, clients pay at the time of service, and Suckow
Physiotherapy sends the initial claim forms to the insurance company
for reimbursement directly to the client.
