The clinic is located in the professional office complex just
north of Lodi Memorial Hospital, on the west side of Ham Lane, at
the corner of Iris Drive. Suite G is near Healthcare Clinical
Labs.
From Highway 99, exit Kettleman Lane (Hwy 12) and go west into
Lodi, turn right (north) on Ham Lane, cross Vine Street and turn
left into the office complex.
From Stockton, take Lower Sacramento Road, turn right on
Kettleman Lane (Hwy 12) and left (north) on Ham Lane, cross Vine
Street and turn left into the office complex. Or, from West
Lane/Hutchins Street, turn left on Kettleman and right (north) on
Ham Lane, cross Vine Street and turn left into the office
complex.
